The Estate

In the small village of Chitry (89), Aurélie and Thibaut Giraudon carry on the family tradition of bottling authentic, natural, and distinctive wines. With their privileged terroirs (clay-limestone marls, Kimmeridgian), they strive to obtain grapes of the highest possible quality.

Hand-harvested, environmentally conscious practices (EcoPhyto approach), fermentation in tanks. The Domaine Giraudon's sole purpose is to promote the expression in wine of all the aromatic and gustatory potential accumulated in the grapes.

Systematic manual harvesting.

Winemaking: Alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, indigenous yeasts, systematic malolactic fermentation.

Aging in tanks for 6 to 12 months.

A beautiful, light, and delicate Chardonnay that pairs wonderfully with seafood and fresh cheeses.
