From his former profession as a pastry chef, Dominique Laurent has retained the art of precision. As a passionate connoisseur of Burgundy wines, he decided in 1980 to produce his own wines through a négociant business, focusing from the outset on the finest appellations of the region. The quality of his supplies comes from partnerships with top estates. The house style is distinctive: pure fruit, with no additives, is subtly enhanced by highly precise aging in new barrels. Since 2006, Dominique Laurent has owned his own vineyards (6 ha).
Dark garnet robe. Complex nose of blackberry, black cherry, spices, and woody notes. Ample attack, structured palate with velvety tannins, balanced by fine freshness. Persistent finish on blackcurrant, licorice, and a smoky touch. A distinguished Pommard, built for aging, best decanted when young.

All our products are stored in a cellar with controlled humidity and temperature, right in the heart of the world’s wine capital: Bordeaux. Our wines and spirits come directly from estates or from cellars belonging to passionate individuals, whether professionals or enthusiasts.
