Always on the lookout for creative and unusual dishes, they realize that while there is a lot of talk about eating well, drinking well is rarely discussed. “Whenever it comes to pairing a good meal, people quickly turn to alcoholic beverages because non-alcoholic alternatives are limited and not very sophisticated,” Alix explains.
They then decide to launch their own creations, drawing inspiration from the finesse and rich flavors of plants. And that’s how Jardins was born!
“With the desire to shake things up and create a true alternative to alcohol—one that is crafted with taste in mind, using carefully selected natural ingredients and low in sugar! A non-alcoholic aperitif that we’re proud to drink and share,” Henri sums up.
The Wine
