After working in Burgundy, Jean-François Ganevat took over the reins of the family estate in the Jura region in the late 1990s. Over 13 hectares, numerous grape varieties are planted and cultivated using biodynamic methods. The estate is renowned for its single vineyard cuvées (nearly fifty cuvées), low yields, and the excellence achieved both in whites and reds. A "must-have" in the Jura.
Produced from old vines over a hundred years old planted on red marl soil, this organic cuvée is hand-harvested. Extremely meticulous work in the cellar is followed by an aging of nearly two years in demi-muids
In the glass, the color is golden. On the nose, one can distinguish yellow and white fruits, offering an undeniable charming impression. The palate is fresh, fruity, and spicy, with an incredibly long finish.
