The Estate
The Coulée de Serrant AOC is a monopoly of 7 ha owned by one of the popes of biodynamical practices in viticulture: Nicolas Joly. The white wines made from chenin produced by the estate are some of the most sought after dry whites in the Loire Valley.
The Wine
The extraordinary aromatic complexity of the Coulée de Serrant is expressed through honey, nuts, peach and jasmine. On the palate, the minerality and the gorgeous length of the taste make it a memorable experience. To be opened at least 6 hours before tasting.
