The first Champagne house to be certified "Carbon Neutral," Maison Drappier has been producing sparkling champagnes since 1808 on its 62 hectares of vineyards, along with additional contract partnerships. Often recognized as offering the "best value for money" in the region, Drappier is above all a style, with dense champagnes deeply rooted in their terroir while remaining vibrant.
Ici, tout est pureté. Aboutissement d’une démarche qui amène les Champagnes Drappier depuis des années à diminuer la teneur en sulfites dans leurs bouteilles, il n’a été ajouté à cette cuvée aucune dose de soufre durant les différentes étapes de la vinification, permettant au Pinot Noir de s’exprimer en parfaite liberté. Sans dosage et pourtant d’une rondeur remarquable grâce à la maturité des grappes et au temps passé au fond des caves de la maison, cette cuvée évoque les belles pommes et la poire William avec une touche d’agrumes.
