The Domaine Didier Dagueneau, founded in 1982 and internationally renowned for its exceptional sauvignons, faced a challenging start as the public rejected the owner's unconventional, intuition-based winemaking methods. Through determination, he managed to convince both enthusiasts and professionals of the value of his practices. His success is rooted in his meticulous nature and ability to "listen to the wine" throughout the vinification and aging process. Sustainable farming, pruning to control yields, manual harvesting, and strict grape selection, along with an exceptional technical team, all contribute to the domaine's success. Following Didier Dagueneau's accidental death in 2008, his son Benjamin has successfully taken over.
Single-vineyard cuvée from the Domaine, Buisson Renard is a 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown on flint soils, offering remarkable freshness and energy. Subtle hints of iodine and white-fleshed fruits enhance its complexity. Best enjoyed after at least 8 years of aging.

All our products are stored in a cellar with controlled humidity and temperature, right in the heart of the world’s wine capital: Bordeaux. Our wines and spirits come directly from estates or from cellars belonging to passionate individuals, whether professionals or enthusiasts.
