Sur leur terroir magnifique qui surplombe l'estuaire, ils s'appliquent à produire des vins exceptionnels et iconoclastes.
NOTARIS est un vin de garde travaillé comme un « Grand Cru ». Robe sombre et dense, bouquet complexe alliant les fruits noirs et les épices à un boisé très fin. La bouche est charnue et puissante, et développe un fruité intense. Ce vin d’exception est appréciable dès aujourd’hui mais révélera toute sa complexité après 4 à 8 ans de garde. Peut se conserver 15 à 20 ans.
A carafer jeune ou à ouvrir et aérer une heure avant le service, à 17°.
