The Estate
Olivier Cazenave was crazy enough to buy an abandonned property by the Garonne in 2003. In 2016, all the vines are conducted biodynamically, and the result is the best biodynamic wines of the region at this price point.
The Wine
PRESENTATION
- Appellation : Vin de France
- Grape Varieties: 100% Sémillon
- Soils: clay and limestone
PRODUCTION
- Vinification: Just like a red wine, with a 3-week maceration time with skins and seeds. The skin is what brings this orange color.
- Addition of CO2, making it an effervescent orange wine.
