Olivier Cazenave was crazy enough to buy an abandonned property by the Garonne in 2003. In 2016, all the vines are conducted biodynamically, and the result is the best biodynamic wines of the region at this price point.

en fait. Raisin récolté manuellement, éraflé et foulé aux pieds. Macération une semaine puis pressurage. Fermentation
et élevage de 18 mois en fût de 500 litres. Un vin puissant doté d'une acidité hors norme, sur des notes d'orange et de pamplemousse, avec un côté miellé, et une finale avec de beaux amers.
