Established in 1981 in an elegant 18th-century house, classified as a Historic Monument, Gérard Quivy manages a small 7-hectare vineyard. He offers a wide range of wines from Gevrey and Brochon, including village wines, premiers crus, and grands crus such as Chapelle and Charmes.
This terroir located in the northern part of the appellation, in the commune of Brochon, produces a dense and generous wine. The nose evokes blackcurrant jelly and rose, supported by well-toasted and grilled oak. Beautiful length, remarkable balance. It should be kept in the cellar for a while.
