Le Château de Reignac est situé sur une croupe au confluent de l’Entre Deux Mers, il présente une particularité rare, celle de réunir les meilleurs terroirs des rives droites (argilo-calcaire) et gauches (argilo-graveleuse) sur une même propriété.
Le Château actuel fut construit au 16ème Siècle par le Seigneur Baude de Peyron.
Reignac présente le meilleur rapport qualité prix de Bordeaux comme en témoignent, année après année, les dégustations à l'aveugle du grand jury Européen ainsi que les notes des plus grands dégustateurs mondiaux. Cet exploit résulte d’un travail obsessionnel associé à un terroir exceptionnel.
Depuis son rachat en 1990, Yves et Stéphanie VATELOT ont tout mis en œuvre pour hisser REIGNAC au niveau des plus grands Bordeaux. Entourés des meilleurs conseillers comme le talentueux œnologue Michel ROLLAND, ils ne cessent de soigner la propriété et d’innover.

Conduite de la vigne: Ebourgeonnage, double effeuillage, des vendanges en vert, vendanges manuelles en cagettes, double tri avant et après égrappage.
Vinification: vinifiés en petites cuves inox lot par lot et cépages par cépages ; après macération pré-fermentaire à froid. Ils sont écoulés à chaud pour fermentations malolactique et élevage sur lies fines en barriques neuves.
Elevage: Elevé en barriques neuves, bâtonnage sur lies
